Welcome to Sunglass Hub. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.sunglasshub.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
The Site is operated by Sunglass Hub Online Seller, a Sole Establishment licensed in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates by the Department of Economy and Tourism under Trade Licence No. 1626728 (Dubai Chamber membership 687305, Commercial Registration 2867914). 2. Products
We sell authentic designer eyewear sourced through established distribution channels. We make every effort to display product colours, details and measurements accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Sunglass Hub Online Seller is not registered for VAT, and no VAT is charged on purchases. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. We accept credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery (AED 25 fee). Orders are confirmed only once payment is authorised or, for cash-on-delivery orders, once the order is accepted.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where there is a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or where we cannot fulfil delivery to your location. You will receive an order confirmation by email once accepted, which serves as your purchase receipt.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, with complimentary express delivery on all orders. Orders are processed within 4 business hours of confirmation and most arrive within 24–48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details are set out in our Shipping policy.
6. Returns, exchanges and refunds
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund, or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Our Return and refund policy forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All original content on the Site (text, images, layout and design) is owned by Sunglass Hub or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. All third-party brand names, logos and trademarks — including Ray-Ban, Prada, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Emporio Armani, Police, Porsche Design and Michael Kors — remain the property of their respective owners. Sunglass Hub is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brands.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably suspect misuse.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Sunglass Hub is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site or purchases made through it are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
